Triangle Auto Body warrants that the quality of our workmanship for all repairs we perform will meet generally accepted standards for proper repair, as recognized in the automobile repair industry at the time and place the repairs are performed.

Triangle Auto Body Limited Warranty

Triangle Auto Body warrants that the quality of the workmanship of all repairs performed, will meet generally accepted standards for proper repair as recognized in the automobile repair industry at the time and place the repairs are performed.

This warranty applies only if Triangle Auto Body has been given the opportunity to correct and is unable to correct any deviation through it’s warranty program. Should the quality of workmanship of the repairs fail to meet generally accepted standards for proper repair as recognized in the automotive repair industry at the time and place the repairs are performed, and should Triangle Auto Body be unable to correct the deviation through it’s warranty program, then Triangle Auto Body will, at it’s own expense, authorize payment as agreed upon between Triangle Auto Body and the repair shop executing the warranty repairs to correct the deviation in question.

This warranty is effective for as long as you own your vehicle, regardless of city or state residency. It is not transferable to any other person for any reason

This warranty covers the quality of workmanship only and does not cover parts, materials, or equipment except as specifically provided below. Triangle Auto Body makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning parts, materials, or equipment. Parts, materials and equipment may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Also excluded from this warranty are the following: normal wear and tear, rust repair, damage caused by rust, and damage resulting from unreasonable use, or improper maintenance of the vehicle.

Any expressed warranty not provided herein is hereby excluded and disclaimed. Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose which may exist are expressly limited to the period of time in which you own your vehicle.

Triangle Auto Body shall not be liable to any person for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, or otherwise.

This warranty is independent of any other warranty, expressed or implied, which may be offered by any other entity in other programs, such as quality of replacement parts and like kind and quality parts, and does not in any manner expand, restrict, or otherwise affect the applicability and/or operation of such warranties as offered in the other programs.
